Save space by converting to electronic storage. Scanning documents preserves information that may otherwise disappear.
RSI Shredding provides pickup service in the southern California area. We come to you, pickup your paper files and bring them back to our office where each page is carefully scanned and converted to an electronic file. Our machines have the ability to scan 300 pages per minute, from letter size documents all the way to tabloid size sheets. The outputs available are PDF and JPG forms. Media can be placed on CD, external hard drive or flash drive units which will be delivered to you. Our turnaround time is as quick as 1 hour depending on job size and location.
Digital Archiving
RSI Shredding also provides high security storage areas
with 24 hour video surveillance to safeguard our clients
digital files stored offsite. Documents scanned by RSI
Shredding are placed on a secured hard drive and
stored in the RSI Shredding Data Vault.
